Please read these Terms & Conditions before booking a session with Stargate Healing & Hypnosis (“Stargate”). By booking and participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms below.
Nature of Services
Stargate Healing & Hypnosis provides virtual Past Life Regression and hypnosis sessions intended for personal exploration, reflection, spiritual exploration, and self-development.
Past Life Regression is a complementary service and is not medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or professional medical advice. Services provided by Stargate are not intended to replace care from a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional. If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, you are responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Past Life Regression Experiences
During a Past Life Regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis and invited to explore experiences that arise.
Experiences during regression vary from person to person and may present as imagery, thoughts, emotions, sensations, memories, words, impressions, or a sense of knowing.
Past Life Regression experiences are subjective. Stargate does not represent that experiences arising during regression are independently verified historical or factual memories.
No particular past life, person, event, answer, spiritual experience, insight, therapeutic result, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed, except for the specific session guarantee described under The Stargate Guarantee below.
You remain aware of and responsible for your participation throughout the session and may pause or end the session at any time.
Eligibility & Scope of Practice
Sessions are generally available to individuals 18 years of age or older.
Sessions involving a minor may be considered only on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval from Stargate and appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian. A session for a minor may not be booked without contacting Stargate beforehand. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and honest information requested during the booking and intake process.
Certain medical, psychological, neurological, or other circumstances may make Past Life Regression inappropriate or outside Stargate's scope of practice. Stargate reserves the right to decline, postpone, discontinue, or recommend against a session when information provided by the client indicates that proceeding may be inappropriate or outside the practitioner's professional scope.
When appropriate, a client may be encouraged to consult a licensed medical or mental-health professional before participating.
Declining or discontinuing a session for scope or safety reasons should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis or medical determination.
Booking & Payment
The current fee for a private Past Life Regression session is $330, unless another price, promotion, or complimentary session has been expressly offered by Stargate.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. An appointment is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully completed.
Session prices may change in the future. Any price change will not affect a session that has already been booked and paid for.
Complimentary or promotional sessions may be subject to additional terms stated at the time they are offered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Session purchases are non-refundable after booking, except where specifically provided under The Stargate Guarantee below or where Stargate determines that it cannot provide the booked service.
If you need to change your appointment:
- Reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session may be accommodated at no additional cost.
- Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
- If you do not attend or join your session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and have not communicated with Stargate, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be forfeited.
If Stargate needs to reschedule your appointment, you will not be charged a rescheduling fee.
The Stargate Guarantee
Stargate wants clients booking a Past Life Regression to have the opportunity to genuinely experience the regression process.
If you are unable to access or experience a past life during your session, you may choose one of the following:
- Schedule one additional Past Life Regression attempt at no additional cost, or
- Decline an additional attempt and receive a refund of your session fee.
If you choose the additional complimentary attempt and are again unable to access or experience a past life, your session fee will be refunded. The Stargate Guarantee applies specifically to being unable to access a past-life experience during the regression.
It is not a satisfaction or results guarantee and does not guarantee any particular imagery, memories, people, events, answers, subconscious responses, spiritual experiences, insights, clarity, healing, or other outcome.
If a past-life experience is accessed during the session, the guarantee does not provide a refund simply because the experience or information received was different from what the client expected or hoped to experience.
Virtual Sessions & Technology
Sessions are currently conducted virtually through Zoom. Before the scheduled session, clients are responsible for having:
- A reliable internet connection
- A compatible device
- Working headphones or earbuds with a microphone
- A quiet, private, and comfortable environment
- Sufficient uninterrupted time for the scheduled session
Past Life Regression sessions may last approximately 3–4 hours, although exact session length may vary. Stargate is not responsible for interruptions caused by a client's internet connection, device, environment, notifications, household interruptions, or other circumstances outside Stargate's control.
If a significant technical issue prevents the session from continuing, Stargate and the client will determine an appropriate time to resume or reschedule the remaining portion of the session.
Session Recordings
Past Life Regression sessions are normally recorded as part of the session experience. Unless you request otherwise before the session begins, you consent to your session being recorded. Your recording will generally be provided to you within 24–48 hours after your session.
You may decline to have your session recorded by notifying Stargate before the regression begins. Declining a recording will not affect your ability to participate in the session. Recordings provided to clients are intended for their personal use.
Because hypnosis recordings may promote deep relaxation, clients should never listen to a hypnosis portion of a recording while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity requiring full attention and alertness.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Information shared with Stargate through your booking form, intake form, email communications, session, and session recording will be treated as private and confidential, subject to applicable legal requirements and the exceptions described in these Terms.
Stargate will not publicly share your session, recording, story, or identifying information without your permission.
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary or legally required, including in response to a valid legal requirement or where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Optional Session Sharing & Content Consent
Permission to use any portion of your session publicly is optional and is separate from your consent to participate in or privately record your session. During your intake process, you will be given the opportunity to select your preferred level of sharing consent. Depending on the options presented on your intake form, you may choose to permit:

Video & Audio — Portions of your original session video and audio may be shared. This may include your image and voice.

Audio Only — Portions of your original session audio may be shared, but video or images showing you will not be used.

Story Only — Stargate may anonymously retell, summarize, or recreate elements of your session for educational or promotional content, but your original video and audio will not be publicly shared.

Completely Private — No portion of your session, recording, or story will be used for public Stargate content.
When content is shared anonymously, Stargate will make reasonable efforts to remove or avoid personally identifying information such as your full name, location, contact information, or other details that could reasonably identify you.
You may withdraw previously granted public-sharing consent by contacting Stargate in writing. Withdrawal will apply to future use where reasonably possible, but Stargate cannot guarantee removal of content that has already been distributed, downloaded, reposted, or otherwise made available outside Stargate's direct control.
Choosing not to grant public-sharing permission will not affect your eligibility for or quality of service.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether Past Life Regression is appropriate for you and for communicating honestly about information that may affect your participation. You understand that experiences arising during hypnosis may be emotional, unexpected, symbolic, spiritual, imaginative, or difficult to interpret.
You remain responsible for how you interpret your session and for any decisions or actions you choose to take afterward.
Information or experiences arising during a Past Life Regression session should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Results & Expectations
Every client and every regression experience is different. Stargate does not guarantee that participation will result in personal transformation, healing, behavioral change, improved relationships, spiritual development, symptom improvement, or any other particular result.
Client testimonials or descriptions of previous sessions represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another client will experience the same results. The only guarantee offered is the specific Stargate Guarantee described in Section 6.
Respectful Participation
Stargate is committed to providing a respectful, supportive, and professional environment. Clients are expected to communicate and participate respectfully. Clients should not attend a session while under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Stargate reserves the right to pause or end a session because of threatening, abusive, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise unacceptable behavior. A session terminated because of a client's inappropriate conduct is not eligible for a refund.
Practitioner Right to Decline or Discontinue Services
Stargate reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when reasonably necessary, including when:
- A client's needs appear to fall outside the practitioner's scope of practice
- Relevant health or safety concerns arise
- The client provides materially inaccurate or misleading intake information
- The client behaves in an abusive, threatening, unsafe, or inappropriate manner
- Continuing the session would not be appropriate under the circumstances
If Stargate declines a paid session before services have been provided for reasons unrelated to client misconduct or violation of these Terms, the session fee will be refunded.
Limitation of Services
Past Life Regression and hypnosis services provided by Stargate are complementary personal and spiritual exploration services.
Stargate Healing & Hypnosis does not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions, prescribe medication, provide emergency services, or replace treatment from licensed healthcare providers.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact an appropriate emergency service or licensed healthcare professional.
Intellectual Property & Personal Use
Materials created and provided by Stargate, including written materials, exercises, guided hypnosis materials, and other proprietary resources, remain the intellectual property of Stargate Healing & Hypnosis unless otherwise stated.
Materials provided for your personal use may not be sold, publicly distributed, reproduced for commercial purposes, or presented as your own work without written permission. Your personal session recording may be retained for your own private use.
Privacy & Data
Personal information submitted through Stargate's website, booking system, forms, email communications, and sessions will be handled in accordance with Stargate's Privacy Policy and applicable law. By using Stargate's website and booking services, you acknowledge that certain third-party platforms may be used to facilitate scheduling, payment, video conferencing, email communication, forms, or delivery of session recordings.
Changes to These Terms
Stargate may update these Terms & Conditions as services, policies, or business practices change. The version applicable to your session will be the version presented or made available to you in connection with your booking. Changes made after you have booked will not retroactively alter material payment, cancellation, refund, or guarantee terms that applied when you purchased your session unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or services provided by Stargate will be handled in accordance with applicable Texas law and any rights or remedies available to either party under that law.
Agreement to Terms
By booking a session with Stargate Healing & Hypnosis, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.
- You understand the nature and limitations of Past Life Regression and hypnosis.
- You understand that these services are complementary and are not a substitute for medical or mental-health treatment.
- You understand that regression experiences are subjective and that no particular outcome is guaranteed.
- You agree to the payment, rescheduling, no-show, refund, and Stargate Guarantee policies.
- You understand the session-recording policy and may decline recording before your session begins.
- You understand that public sharing of your session is optional and governed by the consent choices you make during intake.
- You voluntarily choose to participate in the service.
