Stargate Healing & Hypnosis (“Stargate,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, why we collect it, how it may be used and shared, and the choices available to you when you visit our website, contact us, subscribe to emails, or book and participate in a session.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Stargate, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and other contact information
- Booking and appointment information
- Information you voluntarily provide through contact, booking, or intake forms
- Information relevant to preparing for and providing your Past Life Regression session
- Questions, goals, background information, or other details you choose to share
- Emails and other communications between you and Stargate
- Session recordings when recording has not been declined
- Payment and transaction information
- Email subscription and communication preferences
- Website usage information, cookies, analytics, and similar technical data

Payment card information is processed through third-party payment providers. Stargate does not directly store your full credit or debit card number.

 

How We Use Your Information

Information collected by Stargate may be used to:
- Schedule, prepare for, and provide your session
- Review intake information and determine whether the requested service appears to fall within Stargate's scope of practice
- Communicate with you regarding your booking or session
- Respond to questions and contact-form submissions
- Process payments and maintain transaction records
- Deliver your session recording
- Maintain appropriate business and client records
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Stargate website and services
- Send marketing emails, monthly session giveaway information, content, or special offers when you have chosen to subscribe
- Comply with applicable legal requirements
- Use session content for educational or promotional purposes only when you have given the appropriate consent

Submitting an inquiry or booking a session allows Stargate to communicate with you as reasonably necessary regarding that inquiry or service. It does not by itself enroll you in optional marketing emails.

 

Intake Information

Information submitted through your intake form is used to help Stargate understand what you would like to explore, prepare for your session, and determine whether Past Life Regression appears appropriate within the practitioner's scope.

 

Please provide accurate information and avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for your session. Because intake information may be personal or sensitive, Stargate takes reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.
 

 

Session Recordings

Past Life Regression sessions are normally recorded unless you request otherwise before your session begins.
When recorded, your session recording is intended to be delivered to you as part of your session experience, generally within 24–48 hours. 

 

Session recordings are treated as private client information and will not be publicly shared unless you separately provide permission through Stargate's sharing-consent process. You may decline recording before your session without losing your ability to participate in the session.

 

Confidentiality & Public Sharing

Your session is private by default. Permission to publicly use your session or story is optional and separate from your participation in Past Life Regression. During intake, you may be given choices such as:
 

• Video & Audio — You permit Stargate to share selected portions of your original session that may include your image and voice.

• Audio Only — You permit selected portions of your original audio to be shared, but your image or session video will not be publicly used.

• Story Only — You permit Stargate to anonymously retell, summarize, or recreate portions of your experience, but your original session video and audio will not be publicly shared.

• Completely Private — No portion of your session, recording, or story will be used publicly by Stargate.

When sharing content intended to be anonymous, Stargate will make reasonable efforts to remove personally identifying information such as your full name, contact information, location, and other details that could reasonably identify you. 

 

Choosing not to grant sharing permission will not affect your ability to receive services.

 

Withdrawing Sharing Consent

You may withdraw previously granted permission for future public use of your session content by contacting Stargate in writing at transform@stargatehypnotherapy.com.

After receiving your request, Stargate will discontinue future use where reasonably possible and may remove existing content from platforms under Stargate's control.
 

However, once material has been publicly posted, Stargate cannot guarantee complete removal of copies that may have been downloaded, shared, reposted, cached, archived, or otherwise distributed by third parties.

 

Email & Marketing Communications

If you voluntarily subscribe to Stargate emails, you may receive communications including monthly session giveaways, educational content, announcements, and occasional promotional offers.

 

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent Stargate from sending necessary communications relating to an existing booking, payment, session, or request you have made.

 

How We Protect Your Information

Stargate uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission, electronic communication, cloud platform, or digital storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For this reason, Stargate cannot guarantee absolute security.
 

 

How Long We Keep Information

Stargate retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, comply with applicable legal obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods.

Session recordings may be deleted after they have been delivered to the client and are no longer reasonably needed by Stargate.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely retaining their own copy of any session recording they wish to keep.
 

 

Third-Party Services

Stargate uses third-party services to operate its business. These may include services for:

- Website hosting and forms
- Appointment scheduling
- Payment processing
- Video conferencing
- Email communications
- File or cloud storage
- Website analytics

For example, Stargate currently uses services such as Wix and Zoom, along with third-party payment and email providers.
When you interact with these services, your information may also be processed according to the provider's own privacy policy and security practices.

Stargate does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.

 

When Information May Be Shared

Stargate does not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared when reasonably necessary:

- With service providers used to operate Stargate and provide your requested services

- To process a payment or provide a requested service
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, court order, or other lawful requirement
